The past two Sundays that I spent shopping for ingredients have been the most tiring Sundays I've had in a while.  It might not seem like it, but grocery shopping for a humongous list of ingredients can really suck the energy right out of you.  Today, between the hours of 11 a.m. - 4 p.m., my parents and I visited the Farmer's Market in Manoa, Safeway, Walmart, Subway, Marukai, Costco, and Don Quijote.  Just the act of driving there, getting out of the car, embarking on a mini scavenger hunt to which the list of things to find didn't seem to end, getting back into the car, and driving to the next market was very tiresome.  It makes me appreciate how much work my parents have to go through in order to cook dinner throughout the week.
